Company History
With over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, we understand development and ownership needs. Our team has provided development services for over 3 million square feet of industrial product in the Metropolitan Phoenix area. In addition, we have supported real estate operations efforts of over 11 million square feet of commercial property across four states in the southwest region.
Our Founder
Mare Ventures founder, Clare Visnansky, is a third-generation commercial real estate professional. She has spent the majority of her decade-long career in the ownership and development sectors of CRE. This has provided her with a thorough understanding of a project from inception through stabilization.
Clare is very passionate about her career and all things real estate. Outside of work, Clare enjoys traveling, staying active and spending time with her husband, son and three dogs.
